As of 29.12.2016, our Bank has purchased 200.000 shares of Türkiye Sınai Kalkınma Bankası A.Ş. with a price of TL 1,40. As a result, the total shares of our Bank in Türkiye Sınai Kalkınma Bankası A.Ş. have reached 41,07%.
Our Bank controls Camiş Yatırım Holding A.Ş., Milli Reasürans Türk A.Ş., Anadolu Anonim Türk Sigorta Şirketi and Anadolu Hayat Emeklilik A.Ş. which have 9,48% shares in Türkiye Sınai Kalkınma Bankası A.Ş. in total.
