VF Named to Fortune's 'World's Most Admired Companies' List

February 24, 2016

Fortune has once again named VF Corporation as one of the 'World's Most Admired Companies.'

VF ranked No. 2 overall among apparel companies in the latest installment of the annual rankings, released today.

Fortune partners with the Hay Group, a global management consulting group, to develop the annual rankings. To compile the list, Fortune and the Hay Group ask executives, directors and analysts to rate companies in their industry on nine criteria, including innovation, people management and long-term investment value.

'Being named to the World's Most Admired Companies list is a true honor and testament to VF's reputation as a strong company committed to delivering shareholder value,' said Scott Deitz, VP of Public Affairs. 'We appreciate the recognition and remain committed to continuing our focus of operating with excellence and financial discipline.'

VF has been named to the Most Admired list for 21 years. Last year, VF ranked No. 2 within the apparel segment of the Most Admired rankings.
