On 17 May 2016, Westpac Banking Corporation (Company) announced an offer of Westpac Capital Notes 4 (Notes) (ASX Code: WBCPG).

It is expected that the Notes will commence trading on a deferred settlement basis from 10.09am (+/- 15 seconds) Australian Eastern Standard Time (AEST) on Friday 1 July 2016.

Friday 8 July 2016	Settlement of all on-market trades conducted on a deferred settlement basis and first settlement of trades conducted on a normal (T+2) basis

ASX Reference Point & CHESS

Deferred delivery related information is not able to be disseminated for WBCPG via ASX Reference Point (Signals E02 and E34). Participants are requested to manually update their records using information provided in the above table. CHESS will note a first settlement date of Friday 8 July 2016 restricting the scheduling of settlements prior to this date.
