Likees Tech-Service Co., Ltd. announced that it will issue 176,500,000 non-convertible preferred shares at an issue price of TWD 10 per share for proceeds of TWD 1,765,000,000 on April 11, 2024. The transaction will include participation from new investor Acer Incorporated.
