Acmos Inc. (JASDAQ:6888) agreed to acquire the remaining 50% stake in XXCAL JAPAN Inc. from National Technical Systems Inc. (NasdaqGM:NTSC) for $0.24 million on June 26, 2013. Acmos acquired the remaining 260 shares of XXCAL in the transaction. Post closing, ACMOS will hold 520 shares in XXCAL JAPAN Inc.
