The Shandong Ishine and Luxing Titanium segment is engaged in iron ore mining and processing, ilmenite ore mining and processing and the sales of iron concentrates and titanium concentrate. The Ever Grand segment is engaged in finance lease business. The Ishine International segment is engaged in the exploration of metal reserves in Australia.
