Advan Group Co., Ltd. (TSE:7463) announces a share repurchase program. Under the program, the company will repurchase up to 210,000 shares, representing 0.56% of its issued share capital (excluding treasury stock), for ¥200 million. The purpose of the program is to enable the execution of flexible capital policies in response to changes in the business environment.
The program will be valid till June 30, 2023. As of May 8, 2023, the company has 37,292,746 issued shares (excluding treasury stock) and 16,519,946 treasury shares.
Advan Group Co Ltd, formerly Advan Co Ltd, is a Japan-based company mainly engaged in the import and sale of building finishing materials. The Company operates in three business segments. The Construction Materials Related segment is engaged in the import and sale of construction materials such as stones, tiles, housing-related products, fireplaces and stoves, faucets, system kitchens and other building materials, as well as the related construction works. The Real Estate Leasing segment is engaged in the leasing and management of distribution centers and other real estates.
