Mandatory notification of purchase of shares by primary insider

14 January 2024 
Halldor Chr. Tjoflaat, chairman of the Aega board, has through his wholly owned
company Rybo Nor AS purchased 500 000 shares in Aega ASA at NOK 3 per share.
After this transaction Rybo Nor holds 1 078 092 shares in Aega ASA. 

The shares were sold by Mamalao AS, a company closely associated with Halldor
Chr. Tjoflaat. After the transaction Mamalao AS holds 1 195 548 shares in Aega
ASA.
