The Bozzetto segment is a provider of specialty sustainable chemicals, offering sustainable textile, water and dispersion chemical solutions with applications in several end-markets including the textile, home and personal care, plasterboard and agrochemical markets. The Tufropes segment is a global manufacturer of high-performance synthetic fiber ropes and netting solutions for the aquaculture and maritime sectors, as well as other diversified industrial end markets. The Holdings segment includes investments in Clear Media Limited, Kognitiv, TRADE X, as well as minority investments in various public company securities and limited partnerships. TRADE X is a global business-to-business (B2B) cross-border automotive trading platform as well as a wholly owned investment advisory business.
