Air France-KLM announces that it has raised the maximum acceptance amount for its current bond buyback offer from €350 million to €450 million, 'subject to the company's right, at its sole and absolute discretion, to increase or decrease this amount'.

The airline justifies this increase by the success of its placement of 650 million euros of new bonds under its Euro Medium Term Note program, with an order book of over 2.8 billion euros.

As a reminder, on Monday Air France-KLM launched a cash tender offer for two existing bond issues, with total nominal amounts of 750 and 500 million euros, maturing in January 2025 and July 2026.
