Ebioss Energy announced that it has signed an agreement with Credit Andorra to set up a joint company to invest in co-generation plants using the Ebioss technology. The investment vehicle will focus mainly on Italy, Germany, the United Kingdom and Bulgaria. Ebioss, acting as an adviser on the investments, and Credit Andorra as manager and custodian via its Luxemburg affiliate Banque de Patrimoines Prives, expect to make the first investments in the second half of 2014.
