Aksa Akrilik Kimya Sanayii A.S. authorizes a Buyback Plan.

Aksa Akrilik Kimya Sanayii AS is a Turkey-based acrylic fiber manufacturer. The Company is engaged in manufacturing, importing, exporting, marketing and trading of the products and raw materials, supplementary materials and intermediary materials used in textile, chemicals and other industries; artificial, synthetic, natural fibers, filaments and polymers, and the machinery, equipment and spare parts used in their production, processing and storage. In addition, the Company is also engaged in establishing electricity production center, operating and producing the electricity. As of December 31, 2011, the Company’s subsidiaries included Ak-Tops Tekstil Sanayi AS, Fitco BV, Aksa Egypt Acrylic Fiber Industry SAE and Akgirisim Kimya ve Ticaret AS. In August 2013, it fully acquired Ak-Tops Tekstil Sanayi AS.
