Al Kout Industrial Projects Company K.S.C.C. acquired an additional 11.46% stake in Al-Dorra Petroleum Services Company from Al-Mal Investment Company K.S.C.C. for KWD 3 million.

Al Mal Investment Company KPSC is a Kuwait-based company primarily engaged, together with its subsidiaries in various types of local and international investments, asset management, corporate finance, and mergers and acquisitions intermediation activities. The Company's services are structured into two divisions, namely Asset Management, which is responsible for managing the assets of the Company and its customers, and Investment Banking, which holds the portfolio of developing the products related to Corporate Finance, Mergers and Acquisitions, and Trading and Brokerage units.
