Khalid Al Zayed agreed to acquire 8% stake in Al Mal Investment Company - KPSC from Al Khair National for Stocks and Real Estate Company.

Al Mal Investment Company KPSC is a Kuwait-based company primarily engaged, together with its subsidiaries in various types of local and international investments, asset management, corporate finance, and mergers and acquisitions intermediation activities. The Company's services are structured into two divisions, namely Asset Management, which is responsible for managing the assets of the Company and its customers, and Investment Banking, which holds the portfolio of developing the products related to Corporate Finance, Mergers and Acquisitions, and Trading and Brokerage units. In addition to liquid funds, private equity funds and structured products, its products include Al Mal Diversified Value Fund, Al Mal Opportunistic Fund, Al Mal Global Trend Fund and Al Mal Recovery Fund. The Company's wholly owned subsidiaries are Al Mal Qatari Holding Company and Saudi Al Mal Co. WLL. In September 2012, the Company sold its entire stake in Al Dorra Petroleum Services Co KSCC.
