Alaska Hydro Corporation reported the resignation of one of the Company’s directors. Gordon Loverin one of the Company’s longest serving directors has submitted his resignation effective February 6, 2020. Gordon is a member of the Tahltan First Nations band located in the northwest BC where the Company’s More Creek hydroelectric project is located. Gordon once served on the Tahltan Central Council and provided the Company with insight on relationship building with First Nations and advice on important cultural, archaeological and hereditary issues. Gordon has made a career change which requires him to limit his availability to the Company, however, he will remain available to the Company for advice and counsel as his time permits.
