All About, Inc. (JASDAQ:2454) acquired Coronet Co., Ltd. from Izuru Maeda, Takuma Ito, eight other individuals and the employee shareholding commission for ¥280 million on September 4, 2012. All About, Inc. acquired 1,300 shares of Coronet Co., Ltd. Takuma Ito sold his 41.92% stake and Izuru Maeda sold his 37% stake. For the year ending March 2012, Coronet Co., Ltd. had net assets of ¥183 million, total assets of ¥505 million, sales of ¥889 million, operating profit of ¥26 million, current profit of ¥25 million and net income of ¥15 million.
