NTT DOCOMO, INC. concluded a share transfer agreement to acquire 15.47% stake in All About, Inc. from Dai Nippon Printing Co., Ltd. for ¥2.7 billion.

NTT DOCOMO, INC. (TSE:9437) concluded a share transfer agreement to acquire 15.47% stake in All About, Inc. (JASDAQ:2454) from Dai Nippon Printing Co., Ltd. (TSE:7912) for ¥2.7 billion on May 10, 2018. Under the terms, NTT DOCOMO, INC will acquire 2.1 million shares at ¥1,279 per share. Post acquisition, Dai Nippon Printing Co., Ltd will reduce the voting power from 0.03 million (22.58%) to 8,609 (6.58%).

The transaction has been resolved by the Board of Directors of All About, Inc. on May 10, 2018. The transaction is expected to be completed on May 11, 2018.
