Alpha Co., Ltd. announces consolidated earnings results for the six months ending February 28, 2019. For the period, Net Sales were JPY 3,679 million against JPY 3,978 million a year ago. Operating income was JPY 93 million against JPY 189 million a year ago. Ordinary income was JPY 86 million against JPY 186 million a year ago. Net income attributable to owners of parent was JPY 49 million against JPY 124 million a year ago. Net income per share was JPY 60.99 against JPY 154.45 a year ago.
The company also provided earnings guidance for the year ending August 31, 2019. For the year, the company expects the Net sales of JPY 7,700 million, Operating income of JPY 230 million, Ordinary income of JPY 230 million, Net income attributable to owners of parent of JPY 145 million, Net income per share of JPY 180.29.
