Alternative Energy Partners, Inc. (OTCBB:AEGY) signed a definitive agreement to acquire PharmaJanes from iEquity Corp. on May 14, 2013. Alternative Energy will change its name to PharmaJanes, Inc. and also change its business model to focus purely in the medical marijuana marketing space.
