While natural gas prices at the pump have remained stable, the price spread between lower diesel prices and natural gas have tightened. Net loss for the three months ended June 30, 2016 increased $144,000 or 9% to a net loss of $1,453,000 or $0.02 per basic share as compared to a net loss of $1,597,000 or $0.03 per basic share for the three months ended June 30, 2015. Operating loss from continuing operations was $1,374,000 against $1,190,000 a year ago. Net loss available to common shareholders was $2,086,000 or $0.03 per basic share against $1,888,000 or $0.04 per basic share a year ago. Net sales for the nine months ended June 30, 2016 decreased $459,000 or 22% to $1,627,000 as compared to net sales of $2,086,000 for the nine months ended June 30, 2015. Net loss available to common shareholders was $8,315,000 or $0.14 per basic share against income of $883,000 or $0.01 per basic share a year ago.
