Amorepacific Group is a Korea-based company mainly engaged in the production and sale of cosmetics. The Company operates its business through two segments. The Cosmetic segment is engaged in the manufacturing and sale of basic cosmetics such as cleanser, moisturizing cosmetics, makeup products and perfume. The Daily Beauty (DB) segment manufactures and sells hair, mouth and body care products such as shampoos, toothpastes under the brand names of Mise en scene, Ryo and others; green tea under the brand name of Sulloc tea. And the Company is also engaged in the manufacture and sale of food products such as health functional foods. The Company’s products are made under brand names of Sulwhasoo, Hera, IOPE, Hanyul, Laneige, Mamonde. The Company sells its products in domestic and overseas markets such as America, Europe and Japan.
