AnyMind Group Inc. has withdrawn its IPO in the amount of ¥2.232 billion.

AnyMind Group Inc is a Japan-based company engaged in the Internet related businesses and operates in two areas: brand commerce and partner growth. The Company has a marketing platform and a direct-to-consumer (D2C) platform. The marketing platform provides marketing solutions to brand operators, centering on AnyTag, a platform for planning, promoting and managing influencer marketing, a digital and mobile marketing support platform AnyDigital. The D2C platform includes the production management platform AnyFactory, e-commerce (EC) site construction and operation support AnyShop, EC management AnyX that can centrally manage multiple EC channels, conversational commerce support AnyChat, logistics management platform AnyLogi. Partner growth includes publisher growth platform AnyManager and creator growth platform AnyCreator. The Company also operates AnyTalent, a solution for personnel departments that provides employee attendance management tools and supports recruitment of engineers.
