APC Group, Inc. announced that during its meeting held November 5, 2021, the Board of Directors accepted the resignations of Mr. Jackson T. Ongsip as President and Mr. Bernardo D. Lim as Director. The Board elected and appointed Mr. Ian Jason R. Aguirre as new Director, President. The Board also appointed Mr. Ongsip to assume the unexpired term of Mr. Lim's Board committee chairmanship and memberships, while Mr. Aguirre to replace Mr. Ongsip as member of the Executive Committee. Lastly, the Board has also appointed Ms. Marie Joy T. Co as Treasurer and Compliance Officer.
