Under the terms, Arcus acquired 96 shares from a current shareholder and now owns 532 shares representing 64.72% of Arcus Systemy Informatyczne. Arcus S.A. (WSE:ARC) completed the acquisition of an additional 11.68% stake in Arcus Systemy Informatyczne Sp. Z O.O. on February 5, 2020.
