Arcus Spólka Akcyjna cancelled the acquisition of Durau Sp. z o.o. from T-matic Systems Sp. z o.o.

Arcus SA is a Poland-based company engaged in the information technology (IT) sector. The Company offers its services through four business segments, including IT, providing sales and rental of copy devices as well as document management systems; Telematic, providing remote identification technology applications; Telemetric, providing sales and installation of media measurement devices; and Services, providing maintenance service and technical support, as well as integration of information and communication technologies (ICT).
