Arkcore, Inc. agreed to acquire Fukuda Motors Corp. from First Investment Limited Partnership for approximately ¥100 million.

Arkcore, Inc. (NSE:3384) agreed to acquire Fukuda Motors Corp. from First Investment Limited Partnership for approximately ¥100 million on July 29, 2014. Arkcore, Inc. will acquire 3,000 shares.

During the year ended September 2013, Fukuda Motors Corp had net assets of ¥77 million, total assets of ¥458 million, sales of ¥1.04 billion, operating profit of ¥39 million, ordinary profit of ¥36 million, and net income of ¥29 million. Board of Diretors of Arkcore, Inc. made a resolution in favor of the transaction. The transaction is expected to close on September 20, 2014.

The advisory expenses of the transactions are ¥9 million.
