LEYAD acquired The Johnston Terminal from Artis Real Estate Investment Trust (TSX:AX.UN).

Artis Real Estate Investment Trust (the REIT) is a Canada-based diversified real estate investment trust. It owns a portfolio of industrial, office and retail properties in Canada and the United States. The REIT’s portfolio comprised 135 commercial properties totaling approximately 15.6 million square feet of gross leasable area. The REIT's properties include Bower Centre, Maynard Technology Centre, McCall Lake Industrial, Alex Building, Civeo Building, Memorial Crossing, Cliveden Building, 100 Omands Creek Boulevard, 1093 Sherwin Road, 120-144 Bannister Road, 1431 Church Avenue, 1658-1680 Church Avenue, 1832 King Edward Street, 500 Berry Street, Prudential Business Park 3, Inkster Business Centre, Maple Leaf Building, Kincaid Building, Poco Place, 220 Portage Avenue, CDI College Building, Hamilton Building, Johnston Terminal, Bell MTS Call Centre Building, 100 Signal Road, 2190 McGillivray Boulevard, Pembina Village Shopping Centre, and St. Vital Square.
