Trigon Property Development AS is an Estonia-based company engaged in the real estate development sector. The Company owns one real estate development project involving a 36 hectare area in the city of Parnu. The Company mainly operates in property investments division, which rents out land and develops property for logistics, warehousing and light industry in Estonia. The Company operates through one wholly owned subsidiary, OU VN Niidu Kinnisvara, engaged in the development of land in Parnu. As of December 31, 2011, the Company’s major shareholder was OU Trigon Wood with a stake of 59.62%.
