Ashnisha Industries Limited Announces Change in Designation of Ashok Chinubhai Shah from the Post of Managing Director to Non- Executive and Non-Independent Director

Ashnisha Industries Limited announced that Mr. Ashok Chinubhai Shah, Managing Director is unwilling to continue as Managing Director due to preoccupancy elsewhere with immediate effect from 15th June, 2023. Reason for change: Change in Designation from Managing Director to Director due to pre-occupancy elsewhere. However, he will continue as Non- Executive and Non-Independent Director of the company.
