("Project"). Yavatmal Circle Amravati Zone- INR 1,670.2 million.

Nashik Urban Circle Nashik Zone- INR 1,344.3 million. Latur Circle Latur Zone-INR 1,709.9 million; Osmanabad Circle Latur Zone- INR 1,732.6 million. The accepted Contract Value in aggregate for all above Projects is INR 6,457.0 million, excl.

The Company is engaged in the engineering, procurement and construction (EPC), build-operate-transfer (BOT) and hybrid annuity mode (HAM) business. Its segments include Construction & Contract, BOT/Annuity Projects and Sale of Goods. The Construction & Contract segment includes engineering, procurement and construction activity for road, rail and power projects. The BOT/Annuity Projects segment includes business operation with respect to toll collection and hybrid annuity road projects. The Sale of Goods segment includes sale of ready-mix concrete, real estate and city gas distribution. Its verticals include highways and bridges, power, railway, buildings, city gas distribution and water. The Company has branches in certain locations outside India (Gyana, Benine and others) to execute various EPC projects.
