LionRock Capital Limited agreed to acquire Haglöfs AB from ASICS Corporation (TSE:7936) on December 15, 2023. The transaction is approved by ASICS Corporation (TSE:7936) board. Doug Freeman and Victor Chen from Goodwin Procter (Hong Kong) LLP acted as legal advisors to LionRock Capital Limited.

LionRock Capital Limited completed the acquisition of Haglöfs AB from ASICS Corporation (TSE:7936) on December 18, 2023.
