Aslan Cimento AS agreed to acquire remaining 24.24% stake in Aslan Beton A S from Ordu Yardimlasma Kurumu for TRY 8.8 million.

The Company’s product portfolio is mainly comprised of cement, limestone, crushed stone, sandstone, ready-mix concrete, aggregate and related products. The Company’s subsidiaries include Aslan Beton A.S., active in the manufacture of concrete; Assan Ins. San. Tic. AS, engaged in the production of aggregate; Birtas Birlik Insaat San. Ve Tic. AS, engaged in the production of construction materials and concrete, and Marmara Madencilik San. Ve Tic. Ltd. Sti., engaged in mining and processing of metals. Aslan Cimento AS is a subsidiary of Ordu Yardimlasma Kurumu (OYAK).
