Aslan Cimento AS completed the acquisition of remaining 24.24% stake in Aslan Beton A S from Ordu Yardimlasma Kurumu.

The Company’s product portfolio is mainly comprised of cement, limestone, crushed stone, sandstone, ready-mix concrete, aggregate and related products. The Company’s subsidiaries include Aslan Beton A.S., active in the manufacture of concrete; Assan Ins. San. Tic. AS, engaged in the production of aggregate; Birtas Birlik Insaat San. Ve Tic.
