Asseco Poland will pay PLN 3.50 Dividend per share from 2022 earnings, or PLN 209.5 million in total, in line with an earlier management recommendation, the company said in a filing citing an adopted GM resolution. The remaining PLN 50.1 million will go to retained earnings. Dividend rights will be set on June 19, 2023, with payment to follow on June 28, 2023.
Asseco Poland paid PLN 3.36 Dividend per share last year.
