Partners of River And Mercantile Infrastructure entered into agreement in principle to acquire unknown minority stake in River And Mercantile Infrastructure Llp from AssetCo plc and River and Mercantile Holdings Limited.

AssetCo plc is a United Kingdom-based holding company for a group of wealth and asset management companies. The Company is primarily involved in acquiring, managing, and operating asset and wealth management activities and interests, together with other related services. The Company operates in four segments: Active Equities, Infrastructure Asset Management, Exchange Traded Funds and Digital Platform. The Active equities segment comprises River and Mercantile Group plc (RMG), Saracen Fund Managers Limited and Revera Asset Management Limited. The Infrastructure Asset Management segment is the non-equities investment arm of RMG. The Exchange Traded Funds segment includes Rize ETF Limited. The Digital Platforms segment represents the Company’s investment in the associated company, Parmenion Capital Partners LLP (Parmenion).
