Atlas Energy Group, LLC (OTCPK:ATLS) is seeking acquisitions. Atlas Energy and its subsidiaries continuously evaluate acquisitions of gas and oil assets. In order to make any acquisitions in the future, Atlas Energy stated that it will be required to access outside capital either through debt or equity placements or through joint venture operations with other energy companies.
