Mark D. Schumacher Will Step Down from the Position of Senior Vice President of Atlas Energy Group, LLC

On March 5, 2018, Atlas Energy Group, LLC agreed with Mark D. Schumacher to a mutual separation. Mr. Schumacher, a named executive officer of the Company, will step down from his position as the company's Senior Vice President effective March 9, 2018. The mutual separation was not the result of any disputes or disagreement with the company, any matter related to the Company's operations, policies or practices, the Company's management or the Board of Directors.
