Ausnutria Dairy Corporation Ltd. is an investment holding company principally engaged in the production, marketing and distribution of paediatric milk formula products in China. The Company is also engaged in the dairy industry in the Netherlands, including the research and development, milk collection, processing, production, packaging, marketing and sales of dairy products. The Company operates its business through two segments. The Ausnutria segment is engaged in the manufacture and sale of own branded paediatric cow milk formula products in Mainland China and Hong Kong. The Ausnutria Hyproca segment is engaged in the manufacture of dairy products in the Netherlands and sale to its worldwide customers.
