Certain Shares of B&P Co.,Ltd. are subject to a Lock-Up Agreement Ending on 1-FEB-2020. These Shares will be under lockup for 193 days starting from 23-JUL-2019 to 1-FEB-2020.

The sellers Eichi Kosan Co., Ltd., Eiichi Wadayama and Tomoya Wadayama agreed with the lead manager that no sale of company shares would be done without a prior written consent from the lead manager, during the period which starts on the underwriting agreement signing date, and ends on February 1, 2020 (180 days after listing date).
B&P Co.,Ltd. is mainly engaged in the provision of advertisements for sales promotion using commercial inkjet printers, and living materials and products such as interiors. The Company also uses the large-format inkjet printers for business, and conducts inkjet output business that consistently performs printing, processing and delivery. The Company mainly operates its businesses through the production business of advertising materials for sales promotion, and the production business of living materials and products. The production business of advertising materials for sales promotion is ordered from advertising agencies, advertising production companies, printing companies, design companies and others. The production business of living materials and products provides exterior curtains of print seal machines handled by game machine manufacturers, and interior wallpapers and floor materials handled by interior makers and interior trading companies.
