Stifel has raised its recommendation on Barry Callebaut from 'hold' to 'buy', with a price target raised from 1,400 to 1,600 Swiss francs, stating that it is becoming more positive about the Swiss chocolate maker in the medium term.

'The underlying operational improvements should start to become visible from now on and will offset the existing negative factors, which should support the share price', the broker believes.
