Beijing New Building Materials Public Limited Company agreed to acquire 78.3427% stake in Carpoly Chemical Group Co., Ltd. from a group of shareholders for approximately CNY 4070 million.

Beijing New Building Materials Public Limited Company (SZSE:000786) agreed to acquire 78.3427% stake in Carpoly Chemical Group Co., Ltd. from a group of shareholders for approximately CNY 4070 million on December 29, 2023. The share acquisition price is CNY 4073.8 million in cash. 10% of the share acquisition price will be paid within 10 business days after the signing of the share transfer agreement.

60% of the share acquisition price will be paid within 10 business days after the completion of the handover. Remaining 30% will be paid within three years after the handover is completed.
