TOKYO, Nov 10 (Reuters) - Japan's Benesse Holdings will go private in a management buyout that will have Sweden's investment fund EQT as a partner, the Nikkei reported on Friday.

The MBO would cost about 270 billion yen ($1.78 billion) if all shares are bought, the report said without citing sources. ($1 = 151.3600 yen) (Reporting by Mariko Katsumura; Editing by Muralikumar Anantharaman)
