Billboard AD reported unaudited earnings results for the full year ended December 31, 2016. For the year, the company reported net sales revenues of BGN 8,227,000 compared to BGN 8,352,000 a year ago which represents a decrease of 1.5 %. Individual production net sales revenues were in the amount of BGN 7,549,000 compared to BGN 7,682,000 a year ago. Individual profit before taxes of BGN 200,000 compared to the loss before taxes for 2015 in the amount of BGN 1,806,000. Individual net profit of BGN 175,000 compared to the individual net loss of BGN 1,633,000. Earnings before taxes and depreciation and amortization, increased by the financial expenses and decreased by the financial incomes of the company were in the amount of BGN 1,683,000 compared to EBITDA of BGN 318,000. EBIT was BGN 514,000.

Bilbord AD is the majority shareholder in Digital Print EOOD (100%), Solarset EOOD (100%), InStore Media OOD (100%), Dedraks OOD (60%), NimiSoft OOD (51%), Motion Arts OOD (51%), Mega Print DOO (51%) and DPS-Bulgaria OOD (60%).
