Undisclosed buyers acquired 51% stake in Motion Arts from Billboard AD for BGN 0.16 million.

Billbord AD (Billboard Plc) is a Bulgaria-based company that provides offset and digital printing services. The Company’s product range includes billboards, mega boards, advertisement panels, labels, blinds, show stands, posters, stickers, banners, fitter carpets, floor stickers, flags, decoration and advertisements on vehicles, tents and textiles. The Company’s customers include Coca Cola, Pepsi, Nestle, Kraft, Shell, OMV, KFC, Praktiker, Benetton, Max&Co, Beiersdorf, McDonald’s, Carlsberg, Metro Cash&Carry, Mr.Bricolage, Billa, as well as such Bulgarian companies as MobilTel, BTK, SIS Industries, DZI, Zagorka, Kamenitza, Euromarket, and Post Bank, among others. Bilbord AD is the majority shareholder in Digital Print EOOD (100%), Solarset EOOD (100%), InStore Media OOD (100%), Dedraks OOD (60%), NimiSoft OOD (51%), Motion Arts OOD (51%), Mega Print DOO (51%) and DPS-Bulgaria OOD (60%).
