Billington Holdings plc Announces Additional Dividend, Payable on 2 July 2024

Billington Holdings Plc proposed additional exceptional amount of 13 pence per share due to the outstanding performance of the Group in the year. The dividend will be paid on 2 July 2024, subject to shareholder approval at the Company's AGM expected to be held on 4 June 2024. The associated ex-dividend date will be 6 June 2024 with a record date of 7 June 2024.
