BJ's Restaurants, Inc. announced the opening of its restaurant in San Antonio, Texas. The new BJ's Restaurant & Brewhouse opened April 10, 2023, on a free-standing pad on the corner of Southeast Military Drive and South New Braunfels Avenue. The restaurant is approximately 7,500 square feet, seats approximately 250 guests and features BJ's extensive menu, including BJ's signature deep-dish pizza, handcrafted beer and famous Pizookie(R) dessert.
BJ's unique, contemporary dining provides the perfect environment for all dining occasions. Current hours of operation are from 11:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. Sunday through Thursday, and 11:00 a.m., to 12:00 midnight Friday and Saturday. As with all of new restaurants, BJ's invited the local community to attend a soft opening event prior to grand opening.
Guests were treated to complimentary food and had the opportunity to make a voluntary donation to the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation, which BJ's has a long-standing history of supporting. Additionally, all proceeds from alcohol purchases during the soft opening event are donated to the BJ's Restaurants Foundation.
BJ's Restaurants, Inc. is a casual dining restaurant. The Companyâs restaurants feature a menu with approximately 100 menu items designed to offer various items, including slow roasted entrees, such as prime rib, EnLIGHTened Entrees, such as Cherry Chipotle Glazed Salmon, original signature deep-dish pizza, the Pizookie dessert and BJs craft beers. Its craft beer is produced at five in-house brewing facilities and by independent third-party brewers using its recipes.
