Following the announcement of the execution of options to acquire the Mahenge North Graphite Project and the Mahenge Graphite Resources Projects, Green Rock Energy Limited announced that it has reached agreement with Mr. Stephen Copulos to join the board as a Non-Executive Chairman (Elect), conditional upon re-compliance with the admission requirements of Chapters 1 and 2 of the ASX Listing Rules. Green Rock also announced the appointment of Mr. Steve Tambanis as Interim Chief Executive Officer of the company. Following the completion of the admission requirements of Chapters 1 and 2 of the ASX Listing Rules, it is the intention of the company to appoint Mr. Steve Tambanis as Green Rock's Managing Director.

Mr. Tambanis has been employed as a consultant to Green Rock to lead the company's exploration due diligence during August and September 2014 on the company's Mahenge North project and on the Mahenge Resources Projects. Stephen Copulos has over thirty years' experience in a variety of businesses and investments across a wide range of industries, including mining, manufacturing, property development, fast food and hospitality. He has been the Managing Director of the Copulos Group of companies since 1997 and has experience as a company director of both listed and unlisted public companies in Australia, UK and the USA.

Steve Tambanis is a geologist and manager with extensive commercial and operational experience gained within small and large exploration and mining companies, corporate banking and broking. Mr. Tambanis has gained experience working with ASX listed mineral companies, including business development roles at WMC. Resources and Goldminex Resources Limited where he held the position of Executive Director.

He is on the Board of West African Gold Limited. Over the past three years Mr. Tambanis managed all aspects of the company's exploration activities, operations and administration, including the execution of a significant joint venture with ASX listed gold miner, Perseus Mining Limited.
