Its refinery operations business segment consists of a light sweet-crude, 15,000-bpd crude distillation tower, petroleum storage tanks, loading and unloading facilities, and approximately 56 acres of land. Its tolling and terminaling services segment includes petroleum storage tanks and loading and unloading facilities. Its subsidiaries include Blue Dolphin Petroleum Company, Blue Dolphin Pipe Line Company, and Blue Dolphin Exploration Company.
