It owns approximately 54 asphalt terminalling facilities in 26 states, consisting of approximately 9.0 million barrels of liquid asphalt storage. Its subsidiaries include BKEP Finance Corporation, BKEP Operating, L.L.C., BKEP Management, Inc., and BKEP Crude, L.L.C.
