Tietou Equity Investment Fund Partnership Enterprise (L.P.) managed by Xiamen Chuangshi Renhe Capital Management Co., Ltd. agreed to acquire additional 15.78% minority stake in Bosun Co., Ltd. from Chen Huairong, Lv Guiqin, Cheng Hui, Ren Jingjian and Zhang Shuyu .

BOSUN Co., Ltd., formerly BOSUN TOOLS CO., LTD., is principally engaged in the production and sales of diamond tools, electric power tools and alloy tools. The Company operates its business through three segments. The Diamond Tools segment mainly includes diamond circular saw blades, diamond engineering thin wall drills, diamond grinding plates, diamond cutters, tile processing tools and others. The Electric Power Tools segment primarily includes angle grinders, grinding machines, rotary hammers, engineering drills, saw machine and others. The Alloy Tools segment mainly includes hard alloy circular saw blades and carbide cutters. The Company is also engaged in the research and development, manufacture and sales of coated abrasive products. Its coated abrasive products mainly include sandpaper and sandcloth.
